All UNSW recordkeeping policies and plans are currently under review as part of the corporate Recordkeeping Project.

The current document recordkeeping policy was approved in 1998 and now is overdue for review. It sets out UNSW's responsibilities and intentions in relation to
recordkeeping rather than the obligations of UNSW staff in relation to recordkeeping. The policy can be found at: UNSW Recordkeeping Policy

The replacement policy is expected to be approved during 2007.

This recordkeeping policy is supported by: UNSW Records Management Strategic Plan 2001 to 2004

This plan is also out of date and will be replaced as part of the Recordkeeping project.
