What is RAMS?

RAMS (the Records & Archives Management System) is the University’s corporate recordkeeping system, a database of records and information.

RAMS is the centre-point of all recordkeeping infrastructure at UNSW.

Business units use RAMS to capture, manage and share information about decisions, activities and transactions which have ongoing relevance for their work and the functioning of the university.

It is the University's preferred choice for corporate records and the primary software used for meeting the University's recordkeeping requirements (for more information refer to our Recordkeeping Framework).
