    This series contains the Arriving, Surviving, Thriving publication, produced by the International Student Centre / Services. Each item is a booklet of printed pages that provide information for international students coming to study at UNSW, including life in Sydney, immigration and contact details. The University Archives' holdings of this series are incomplete.

    Description
    This series consists of the Reflux Yearbook of the Chemical Engineering Undergraduate Society. Each item is a typed, paper-bound volume produced by the Society to repesent graduating members. The Yearbooks contain student profiles, reports and sometimes also include contact details of students. It appears that a yearbook was not produced in 1978.

    This series contains papers of the See3 Project of the Cooperative Research Centre for Eye Research & Technology (CRCERT). The material is typed and is contained in manilla folders in chronological order. It includes research, meetings and correspondence from the See3 Project - a joint research project by CRCERT, CIBAVision and CIBA-Geigy Corporate Research Unit into contact lenses.

    Description
    The files may contain invoices; press cuttings; advertising brochures; artwork in the production of advertising brochures; general correspondence about each exhibition; artists' name and contact details; price list; catalogue; application/submission forms; photographs, slides or negatives. The Works Gallery was an on-campus gallery established in the Green Road campus of the City Art Institute in September 1987. The Works Gallery was involved in local, travelling and exchange exhibitions. By 1992 it had become known as the COFA Student Gallery. See series 1830 for slides from the exhibitions.

    Description
    This series contains the orientation booklets for new postgraduate research students, which was released by the Office of Research Training. Each item in the series is a typed paper-bound volume or volumes. As indicated in the Session 2, 2003 volume, the booklets were compiled to aid [new research students] transition to research study at UNSW by providing i) advice and resources to make the most of your candidature ii) copies of relevant guidelines, policies and procedures and iii) information on useful contacts (services, facilities & administration). The Archives currently only holds three items from this series - for session 2, 2003, session 1, 2004 and 2005. One copy of the 2003 version is also bound together with other information of relevance to postgraduate students.

    The Faculty of Science & Technology was created by Council on 2nd December, 1996 effective from 1st July 1997 (resolution CL96/88/4a). The inaugural meeting of the Faculty was on 8th July, 1997 with Associate Professor A. H. Dooley as the Presiding Member. At this time, under Dean Colin Sutherland, the Faculty contained six schools, four departments, three Centres, the Universities' Surface Analysis Facility and the Cornea and Contact Lens Research Unit. The Faculty of Science & Technology was disestablished by Council on 18th June, 2001 effective from July 2001 (resolution CL001/49). The final meeting of the Faculty Board was held on 26th April, 2001.
