    This series consists of subject files from the School of Science and Technology Studies / School of History and Philosophy of Science. The material is typed and has been arranged according to subject matter. Most of the documents are from 2002 and cover reviews and proposed changes within the School. There is also a folder of staff curriculm vitae from over the years that have been removed from School-held HR files.

    Description
    This series consists of handbooks produced for undergraduate students by the school of Science and Technology / History and Philosophy of Science. The booklets provide information on the School and the courses it offers. The booklets, however, were not intended as a substitute for Faculty or Board of Studies handbooks. Students still were required to check the official publications for course requirements. The handbooks are part of a donation of papers relating to the school by Professor David Miller upon his retirement from UNSW

    Description
    Annual report to the visiting committee of the School of History & Philosophy of Science / Science & Technology Studies by the head of School to the School's Visiting Committee. The reports were presented to the Visiting Committee prior to its annual meeting and also sometimes have the notice for the meeting of the Visiting Committee attached. The Archives' holding of this series are incomplete, but further reports, along with the minutes of the Committee, can be found in series 2225.

This publication is an illustrated history of the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. A list of page numbers and Archives refernce numbers has been included in the book to reference any material housed in the University Archives.

    The History of the UNSW Faculty of Engineering 1949-2009 - a 2009 hardcover publication by Blanche Hampton with Ben Allen and Robert Loeffel. This publication contains an illustrated history of the Faculty of Engineering that includes a description of the evolution of the Faculty and the challenges faced. A list of material from the University Archives included is located in Copy A of the book and includes Archives reference numbers and page numbers.
